NAME

revcom - a program to reverse and complement a file of FASTA format sequences

revcom -i <infile> -o <outfile> [options]

revcom reads in a file of FASTA sequences, assumed to be DNA, and reverses and complements each sequence

sequtils accepts the following options:

-h: Show summary of options.
-i <infile>: specify the file containing sequences to reverse and complement
-o <outfile>: specify and outfile to which to write the output. If no outfile is specified, output goes to stdout
