NAME
tajd - a program to calculate the probability of an observed Tajima's D value
SYNOPSIS
ms [params] | tajd -o <d_obs>
DESCRIPTION
tajd reads in simulated data from a pipe. The simulation must be Dick Hudson's program ms, available from http://home.uchicago.edu/~rhudson1
OPTIONS
tajd accepts the following options:
- -o <d_obs>

input your observed value of Tajima's D
